England Football Learning & Seagals: Rainbow Laces 2021 Webinar

You may have spotted a familiar face on England Football Learning’s Rainbow Laces 2021 webinar this evening!

Seagals FC Chairperson Justine Thomson was invited as a special guest alongside Luke Tuffs (Ashford Town FC) and Village Manchester FC to discuss Rainbow Laces and the role football can play in helping to make sport more accessible and welcoming for LGBTQ+ people.

Hosted by Suey Smith, Daniel Fenner, Pete Augustine and Sharon Muxworthy from the FA, the 90 minute discussion involved the panel exploring what Rainbow Laces means to them, how to make the game more inclusive, their personal experiences and how to change the culture of a club to support LGBTQ+ communities.
