BHAFC invite the Seagals to training!

Earlier this week, players and coaches from Brighton Seagals were invited to spend the day with Brighton & Hove Albion FC to get a glimpse of what it would be like to be a professional footballer.

Hosted at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, participants were kitted out in Nike football gear, courtesy of Pro:Direct. The day started with a strength and HIIT session, followed by a Q&A with special guests Melissa Phillips, Vicky Losada, Glenn Murray and Joel Veltman who then stayed to host some high-intensity football drills alongside BHAFC coaches.
