AGM ATTENDANCE
All members of the club are invited to attend.
The AGM must be attended by a minimum of one third of the club's voting members. (Constitution 9g)
Voting members are: Full members of the club. (Constitution 5a, 5c)
ELECTIONS FOR COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Chairperson 1, Vice Chairperson 2, Treasurer, Welfare Officer, Fixtures Secretary, Equality Lead
ELECTIONS FOR CASUAL MEMBERS
Recreational Football Coordinator
Only Casual members are eligible to propose, second and vote in the Recreational Football Officer election. (Constitution 9c)
ELECTION RULES
In the event of only one nominee per role, the nominee is elected by default and no vote will take place.
In the event of multiple nominees per role, the nominees will be invited to speak for 2 minutes and a vote will take place by paper ballot.
RESOLUTIONS
All resolutions will be presented and discussed before a vote takes place by paper ballot.
VOTING (Constitution 9h)
Votes will be decided by a simple majority.
In the event of a tie, the Chairperson will make the deciding vote.
In the event of a tie in the Chairperson’s election, the remaining Committee member votes will decide.
Due to a dual role being held by the 21/22 Chairperson: In the event of a tie in the Secretary’s election, the remaining Committee member votes will decide.
