Morgan Johnson appointed as Recreational Football Coordinator

The club are pleased to announce that Morgan Johnson (she/her) will join the Club Committee as Recreational Football Officer, with immediate effect.

Morgan’s role will be to oversee a new LGBTQ+ recreational football programme, supported by the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 legacy project in Brighton & Hove.

Club Chair, Justine Thomson, says “I am delighted that Morgan was put forward for the role and we look forward to integrating her into the existing club set up. When we piloted our LGBTQ+ sessions at the start of the year she proved to be a popular figure and is the perfect candidate, having experience in supporting LGBTQ+ people through her work at Allsorts Youth Project”
